Task 4 - Review 'A Time for Making'
For this task, we were asked to watch the documentary A Time for Making and explore the relationship between making, materials, creativity, and design. We had to respond to four questions using observations and quotes from the documentary, supported by images and relevant academic sources using Chicago 17 Author-Date referencing.
Idea & Process
While watching the documentary, I took notes on the different makers, their motivations, how they interacted with materials, and how their ideas developed through making. I then grouped my observations around the four questions and connected them with academic research.
