About this portfolio
This portfolio documents the tasks I completed during the first five weeks of the course. Each page presents my process, outcomes, research, and reflections through text and visual material. The portfolio concludes with a reflective report discussing how these activities developed my understanding, skills, and awareness of the course topics.
Task 1 - Creativity develops through regular practice
Overcoming My Fear of Illustrator
For this task, I wanted to improve my confidence and skills in Adobe Illustrator. I often avoided using the program because I felt inexperienced compared with others, but I recognised that it is an important tool for my future as a graphic designer. To make the learning process more enjoyable, I designed a sticker pack inspired by my love of stickers. This task allowed me to experiment, learn new tools, and become more comfortable working in Illustrator.
